Civic Discourse/Collaboration speaking
Civic Discourse and collaborative speaking fall in the same category both are a great way to get the community involved because you learn how to make presentations to keep people involved and interested in what you are trying to present. Civic Discourse and collaborative speaking helps me with with my goal to be a Mechanical engineer in the Air Force Because doing this job you need to have the ability to speak to and work with others.

This falls under both Civic Discourse and Collaboration speaking because i presented this to the class and i put my voice in the project over clips.

In APUSH we had a partner and we had to persuade the class to vote on who was better Henry Clay or Andrew Jackson. This falls under both Civic Discourse and Collaboration speaking because we got up in front of the class and showed them are propaganda and presentation.
Debate
In Language arts we had a debate on if money could buy you happiness. The class was split up in 2 groups and we each worked together argued are side. This falls under both Civic Discourse and Collaboration speaking because we each had a part to say to persuade the judges to are side.
